Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HuntKart (huntkart.pk), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
Products & Availability
All products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by HuntKart. We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed upon our team's verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud suspicion.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact our support team via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on HuntKart including text, images, logos, and design is owned by HuntKart and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
HuntKart's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
